Shipping and Returns
SASTA items - Please contact us first to check stock of any SASTA product - supply of some products has been disrupted by a recent move of the agent from the UK to Denmark. Although stock might show on the site, it is not always correct. Most items are sent out from Denmark and therefore shipping time is usually 10-14 days.
All goods will be sent next working day via courier and should be delivered to you within 48 hours. Shortages or incorrect items should be notified immediately.PLEASE NOTE - ALL POSTAGE PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES ONLY. We are happy to ship elsewhere at cost, please contact us with address details for a quote prior to ordering.
Items delivered to you that are in perfect condition but are not as you expected may be returned to us for a full refund but you will be responsible for your own p&p return cost.
P&P of faulty or incorrect items returned will be covered by us. In all cases please contact us in the first instance - either on the email address at the top of the page or by telephoning 07806 400878.
